What to Expect at Your Clinic Visit
Sign in and complete paperwork.

Meet with a social work volunteer who will:

  1. Fully explain the purpose and goals of the clinic and go over your paperwork.
  2. Help determine if you may qualify for other health care programs such as Hospital District programs or Medicaid.
  3. Help find available resources for other needs you may have.

  • Meet with a nurse to go over preliminary medical information.
  • Meet with a physician for your medical care.
  • Or meet with a dental staff member for your dental care needs.
