Lord of Life will celebrate our 17th Annual Pig Roast
on Saturday, April 26, 2008.

We honor the late Merle Schilling, one of the founding fathers of this annual fellowship event, by naming the roast after him. Make plans to bring your friends and neighbors to this one-of-a-kind adult fellowship event!
We had a great turnout for this year's Pig Roast Fundraiser. It was an outstanding evening with over $19,000 raised to benefit the Pastor's Discretionary Fund which is used to benefit those both in and outside the congregation who find themselves in need of our assistance.

We Need Your Help!

  • Silent Auction ~ We need someone to collect items and organize the auction. Donated items are also needed.
  • Set-Up ~ People are needed to set up tables, chairs, decorate, etc.
  • Clean-Up ~ The more people who stay and help clean up, the merrier, and the task is accomplished much faster. People are needed to bring in tables and chairs, as well as clean the kitchen.
  • Pit Crews ~ These wonderful people work from early in the morning through the day cooking the delicious food!
  • Also Needed ~ Entrance workers, food servers, awesome desserts, and general people to call if something comes up that is needed.
